Volunteer ML Pro was founded to unlock the incredible potential of volunteers — using technology, insight and a deep understanding of the NHS to create real, lasting change in people's lives.
We believe volunteering can fundamentally change the NHS for the better. Volunteers bring time, skills, lived experience and compassion — creating stronger communities, supporting NHS staff and improving patient experiences. But too often, volunteering programmes are under-resourced, inconsistent and difficult to manage.
We exist to change that.
We saw the huge potential of volunteers, but also the barriers — outdated systems, lack of consistency and limited support.
We combined our NHS experience with technology and practical expertise to create a smarter, more connected way to manage and grow volunteering.
Today, we support NHS Trusts, charities and public sector organisations to recruit, manage and support volunteers — creating real, measurable impact for patients, staff and communities.
